Who can order from us
Wattle Road Enterprises is a wholesale only business.  This means we do not deal directly to the public.  You must have a valid and active ABN and be a registered business / organisation to shop with us. 

Pricing and Discount Structure
Our tiered pricing policy reflects the balance between operational efficiency and customer savings.  Prices listed on this website are ex GST and GST will be charged on your invoice. The full price of individual items includes the additional labour and time required to unpack cartons, count smaller quantities, and repack items for shipping.  To streamline processes and pass the savings on to our customers, we offer a 5% discount for purchases in full carton quantities.  By ordering in these larger increments, you help reduce handling time, improve efficiency, and enjoy better pricing.

Minimum Order Value
To maintain operational efficiency, we have a minimum order value of $200 plus GST for the value of the goods only, not including freight.  We encourage customers to meet the minimum order value, to benefit from streamlined service.

Placing your order
Orders can be received via our website, through an email or over the phone.  Once your order has been received in our office, we will pack it and send through a proforma invoice for payment.  Your invoice will include the cost of freight to your delivery address. 
Please note:  Goods will not be shipped until your payment has been received. 

Credit Accounts
After you have been a customer for a while and have paid a minimum of four proforma invoices, you can, if you wish, apply for a 14 day account.  Please contact us at hello@wattleroad.com.au and request an account application form.  
Please note:  Credit accounts are issued at the sole discretion of management and can be revoked at any time.
