Packing and Shipping Policy

Packing 
Orders are packed on weekdays only, we do not work on weekends or public holidays.  Whilst we endeavour to pack your orders as quickly as possible, and usually within 2-4 business days, please understand that occasional delays can occur.  Turnaround times can be extended in special circumstances, for example if we are attending a trade fair. Please let us know if your order is urgent, and we will do our best to accommodate you. 

Shipping
Customers are required to pay the costs associated with freighting their order to their delivery address.  However, we have accounts with multiple carriers and will always shop around to make sure we get you the best deal we possibly can. Please be aware that your location in Australia can have an impact on the cost of freight to you. If you would prefer your own carrier collect your goods, this can certainly be arranged.  Please contact our office to discuss.  If your delivery address is not a commercial business address ie: is a residential address; then additional charges will apply.  The most cost effective way to have your orders delivered is to a business address. 
Please note:  Your order will not be shipped until your payment has been received.

Wherever possible, delivery should be to an attended delivery address.  If you are unable to be in attendance, you can instruct us to give an authority to leave to the carrier.  However, if your order is unable to be delivered, the carrier may return the order to their depot and attempt to redeliver another day.  If this happens, we will be charged a re-delivery fee, this fee will be passed onto you for payment.

Wherever possible, delivery should be to a commercial address.  Couriers charge additional fees to deliver to residential addresses.  Depending on the size of the shipment, these can be more than 100% of the original cost to freight.  This fee will be passed onto to you for payment.  

Claims for short delivery
Please check that the correct number of cartons are delivered as listed on the freight company's delivery docket before signing for them.  Please mark on the delivery docket if there are missing cartons or damages. This information is crucial in order for us to have any recourse with the courier and to be able to address the issue without delay. 
Please note: We cannot be held responsible for short delivered items, which have been delivered to an unattended business, or which have been signed for by the receiver, as an endorsement of all goods being received.  

Claims for Damage

If your items arrive damaged, you will need to notify us within 24hrs.  Any claims for damage must be made within 7 days of receipt of the items and must include a detailed description of the damage, photographs of the damaged items, their packaging and any other images and information which is relevant to the claim.
